What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete background checks and individualized assessments with applicants
- Review background check results and determine eligibility for hire based on company hiring criteria
- Document and maintain employment records in compliance with consumer report laws
- Foster relationships with field branches by providing responsive background check support via phone and email
- Assist with special projects as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year related Human Resource experience and/or training
- Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in Spanish
- Experience using various technology platforms to drive effective decisions
