Run objective, fair and high-quality investigations into allegations of breaches of Siemens business conduct guidelines and also external regulations in the region Europe – Africa. Plan, manage, conduct and report on investigations in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ensure that investigations are conducted and completed in a timely manner and with a risk mitigation and priority driven mindset. Conduct interviews with all level of involved parties, if required also with senior management levels. Open minded for technical developments and forensic data analytics. Close collaborations with colleagues in the team, the wider Compliance organization and other stakeholders in the company. Maintain the excellent reputation and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Siemens Investigation and Regulatory department. What you need to make real what matters. Law, business administration, or accounting degree with excellent academic credentials. 2 to 5 years of professional experience in an international environment for a multinational company in investigations or prosecuting profession with experiences in “white-collar” crime investigations Qualification as a certified Compliance Officer, Certified Fraud Examiner, etc. will be an advantage. Above-average analytical and structured project management skills. High degree of intercultural sensitivity, ability to work in a team, open and effective communication. Business fluency in both German and English is required. Additional relevant language skills will be an advantage.
