- Maintain health requirements, background screenings, licensures, credentials, and mandatory testing throughout each assignment by adhering to SimpliFi, client, and Joint Commission compliance requirements
- Provide appropriate escalation of “at risk” items in the event they may impact travelers assignments
- Provide weekly reporting of expiring compliance items for client and/or Client Relations team as assigned
- Manage/collect annual compliance requirements
- Achieve 97% average monthly audit score on 16 traveler documents, following compliance with SimpliFi, Client, and the Joint Commission requirements
- Assist with the timely (as received/assigned) uploading of nurse evaluations within the VMS
- Support an average workload of 500 travelers on assignment (TOA)

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced and complex environment and maintain a sense of urgency
- Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with cross-functional coworkers
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
- 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of healthcare and/or staffing industry experience

The Compliance Liaison ensures compliance for SimpliFi travelers for the duration of their assignment. Requirements include all Homeland Security, HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission, facility, and SimpliFi rules, regulations, policies and procedures. This role supports an average workload of 500 travelers on assignment (TOA).
This role works closely with fellow compliance team members, Agency Partners, Client contacts, Client Relationship Teams, and Compliance Team Lead.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $17.25-$19.25/per hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise & may vary from the amount above.
