What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Aid in the development and revision of policies, procedures, and systems to support regulatory compliance
- Provide support for business programs, initiatives, and leaders while serving as a consultant on risk best practices
- Maintain knowledge of current or changing laws and regulations affecting the assigned area
- Provide objective oversight of risks through effective challenge and subject matter expertise
- Foster relationships with business units and implement training to promote engagement in compliance programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, or Banking OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, or Banking
- Strong knowledge of compliance and risk techniques and practices
- Ability to work effectively with associates, managers, senior executives, and committees
- Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS)
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)
- Knowledge of regulatory guidance pertaining to enterprise risk and operational risk
- Issues management experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
