      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform privacy impact assessments across the enterprise, identifying compliance risks associated with organizational activities
      - Collaborate with various business units to ensure compliance with privacy laws and support incident response strategies
      - Analyze privacy laws and internal processes to aid in developing and revising compliance policies and procedures
      - Prepare reports for management regarding compliance reviews and regulatory changes
      - Serve as a resource for management and associates on privacy compliance-related matters

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, or Banking; OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, or Banking
      - Strong understanding of privacy laws, including GLBA, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA
      - Experience analyzing privacy incidents to determine regulatory obligations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience with privacy regulatory readiness projects and support
      - CIPP/US or similar certification
