What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in identifying and assessing risks related to Fair Lending and Responsible Banking
- Analyze lending policies and procedures, including scoring systems and regulatory focuses
- Develop and report findings to Senior Management regarding business lines
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss current and emerging risks
- Recommend solutions for compliance testing and contribute to the compliance risk assessment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 5+ years of experience as an Officer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to manipulate data in various formats
- Strong understanding of mortgage, credit card, and small business products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Interagency CRA Examination Procedures
- Experience with fair lending and responsible banking laws and regulations
- Familiarity with Federal Reserve and CFPB Examination standards
