What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory matters relating to credit card products
- Interpret complex and multi-layered laws, rules, and regulations
- Communicate changes to business partners and support implementation of necessary changes
- Provide guidance on complex and emerging compliance risk scenarios
- Analyze existing policies, procedures, and controls to identify compliance gaps

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Banking, or other related experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Banking, or other related experience
- Advanced knowledge and experience with compliance risk, regulations, laws specific to credit card products
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation
- Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) designation
- Proficient in the concepts of compliance risk identification, assessment, and management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience with credit card operations and/or operational risk specific to credit card products
