What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute compliance testing for assigned areas following CMT methodology
- Source, validate, and interpret testing population and sample data
- Document and track end-to-end work performed using compliance testing system
- Ensure quality of work produced and timely completion of assigned testing
- Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, procedures, and policies affecting the business area

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Banking, or related field OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Banking, or related field
- Familiarity with Controls and Risk Management Frameworks such as COSO and BASEL
- In-depth knowledge of Fed and State regulatory requirements
- Professional designation in CIA/CISA/CRCM/CAMS and/or statistical data analysis skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, tools for Auditing/Testing, process documentation, data analytics/visualization, and GRC

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of financial services compliance monitoring, auditing, risk management, or compliance experience
- 2 years of experience analyzing or working with data from various sources and data analytics
- Knowledge of technology solutions to improve testing methods
