What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and design data assessment procedures
- Identify and implement solutions to address test findings
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to maximize data analysis effectiveness
- Assess data stream and extraction processes for department use
- Interpret complex laws, rules, and regulations related to compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Banking, or related field OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Banking, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SAS or SQL, or other data management, reporting, and query tools
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of bank processes and controls
- Experience in a formal risk controls environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with IBM Cognos, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, or Python
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
