      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a subject matter expert in GNMA and Loss Mitigation Servicing activities
      - Perform and support audits of compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
      - Collaborate with departments such as Risk Management and Internal Audit to address compliance issues
      - Monitor and coordinate compliance activities across departments to identify trends
      - Act in an advisory capacity and oversee the work of the Compliance staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 5-10 years of compliance, audit, and/or loss mitigation experience
      - Strong knowledge of compliance, ethics, fraud, or internal audit practices
      - Basic knowledge of the audit process and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Compliance, ethics, fraud, or internal audit-related certification
      - Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in insurance, banking, or real estate mortgage services
