      This position serves as the single point of contact for first responders nationwide to provide support 24x7 in emergency situations. Assures compliance for legal demands, such as subpoenas, search warrants and court order requests for information on ATT customers across all products and services. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Provides support in emergency situations when customers need assistance by providing first responders with subscriber information, location, and call detail records according to established guidelines. Responsibility includes the timely response to all legal demand types including but not limited to the provisioning of location and surveillance requests while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and following established security clearance protocols.

      This position is also responsible for responding to trouble reports from law enforcement agencies when issues are encountered that require interaction with ATT National Service Delivery CALEA team. May be required to testify or be deposed on behalf of ATT to provide information on the records previously provided.

      Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.

      Experience: 3 or more years’ experience.

      Supervisory: No.
