      Department Overview

      DRN, a Motorola Solutions company, equips LPR cameras to scan license plates every day, building up a historical scan database that serves the clients and the entire network in generating more hits and recoveries. DRN maintains the largest database of scans and the numbers continue to grow daily.


      Job Description

      Reporting to the COO, Manager of Compliance Solutions is responsible for the oversight of DRN compliance as it relates to Sales, Contracting, Development & System Related Certificates, and Internal Audits.

      Responsibilities include:

      • Prepare due diligence and other questionnaires in order to initiate, maintain and continue DRN’s business relationship with clients.
      • Work with stakeholders to obtain necessary information on all Projects.
      • Work with MSI legal and compliance teams to gain knowledge and access to various policies and procedures.
      • Establish a knowledge base of the DRN network infrastructure to provide answers to legal questions and client questionnaires.
      • Establish a knowledge base on various compliance regulations to determine how they would affect the products that DRN offers.
      • Maintain and continue to compile a depository of questionnaires and compliance related items and information to utilize on future inquiries from clients and legal.
      • Review company policies and work with IT and Executive team to update various policies to ensure DRN is following the protocol of the policy.
      • When applicable, redline policies and send them to the appropriate internal stakeholder for review and approval in a manner that they can be provided to clients.
      • Initiate ISO/SOC2 mitigation review and work to maintain standards and ensure policies and procedures fit in line with what is required during ISO/SOC2 reviews and certifications.
      • Follow up on employee compliance training to ensure employees are completing all required training.
      • Work with MSI, DRN Product Team and the DRN Executive Team to obtain information on training for DRN developers in order to comply with client’s due diligence questionnaires pertaining to OWASP training

      Preferred Qualifications

      • College degree preferred.
      • 2 years work in compliance, (Experience within the Auto Finance Industry preferred).
      • Comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Office suite.
      • Organized and self-driven.

      This position is a remote position and candidates can be located anywhere in the US.
