      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Conduct on-site reviews of projects to ensure compliance with various funding sources and regulations
      - Verify compliance with Fair Housing standards and company policies
      - Provide consultative services and support to site managers
      - Identify trends in noncompliance and recommend corrective action
      - Assist with implementation of policies, procedures, and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - 2+ years of experience in property management or housing regulatory agency
      - Multi-regional property management experience preferred
      - Certification in COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) or CPO (Certified Profession of Occupancy) and TCS (Tax Credit Specialist) or related designation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Blended Occupancy Specialist, Specialist in Housing Credit Management, or Site Compliance Specialist certification
