Job Description
Management and administration of the company’s BSA/AML compliance program
Management and administration of the company’s Information Security Program
Interact with internal auditors and federal and state regulators that may conduct audits/examinations of the trust company.
Work with the Chief Compliance Officer on various audit, compliance and risk management matters.
Participate in various trust company and holding company committees.
Maintain knowledge of current regulatory requirements, applicable state law and company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
College degree and 2 years of experience in the financial services industry; or professional designation such as CTFA, CFP, etc. and 4 years of experience in the financial services industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of trust accounting systems and operational processes; investments, investment products and investment terms; trust administration procedures and practices.
Previous audit and/or compliance experience beneficial.
Certified Fiduciary & Investment Risk Specialist (CFIRS) designation attained within 18 months of hiring.
Ability to interact with trust personnel at all levels to ensure that policies and procedures are understood and implemented appropriately.
Strong analytical ability and organizational skills.
Strong PC and software skills, particularly spreadsheets and databases.
