What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct on-site management reviews and physical inspections for affordable housing apartment communities
- Review property management practices and regulatory agreements
- Participate in Compliance Monitoring phone conferences and training sessions
- Create written reports of findings from on-site reviews
- Interact with owners, management companies, and agency staff of affordable housing properties

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-year college degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in compliance monitoring
- Knowledge of LIHTC, Multi-Family Bond, and Multi-Family HOME Regulations
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel 4 to 6 days/nights per month

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior knowledge of Federal and State regulations for affordable properties
- Familiarity with MS Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Flexibility and team player attitude
- Experience working with staff of all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills
