What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage compliance cases from initiation to completion, utilizing internal alerts and client activity for investigations
- Engage with small business owners to address issues, clarify expectations, and collaborate on solutions
- Analyze data to identify trends and risks that may affect client trust and operations
- Monitor field standards to ensure a consistent and professional experience across client brands
- Document findings and create actionable reports for internal teams and field partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in compliance, investigations, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed records
- Excellent communication skills to lead conversations and build trust with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in managing email volume, scheduling, and casework using tools like Salesforce, Smartsheet, or similar CRMs

- Familiarity with compliance processes and standards in a client-focused industry
- Ability to analyze data effectively and provide insights for improvement
