      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide top-level customer service to onsite team members throughout the file approval process
      - Review completed resident files and ensure compliance accuracy with program requirements
      - Manage compliance workflows in file approval software
      - Update State Reporting agency with current occupancy information
      - Develop detailed compliance information sheets for distribution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - 2 years of experience
      - HCCP designation to be obtained after 12 months in the position
      - Knowledge of HUD programs
      - Capability to research and implement various housing programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Yardi software
      - Strong time management and attention to detail skills
