What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist clients through the electronic filing process and respond to annual plan audit inquiries
- Prepare Signature Ready Form 5500, Form 8955-SSA, and Summary Annual Report (SAR)
- Conduct Annual Compliance Testing, including ADP and ACP testing, and monitor plan limit excesses
- Coordinate with internal and external contacts to perform compliance-related tasks
- Communicate compliance issues clearly to non-technical audiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field
- 3-5 years of related financial services industry experience
- Knowledge of retirement plan compliance testing and Form 5500
- Ability to assess problems and deliver accurate solutions for compliance issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
