      Comptroller Analyst

      Key Role:

      Provide financial management support to the Military Service Headquarters organization. Monitor client commitments and obligations in support of the Service’s Reserve Activation Program (RAP). Analyze policies and procedures for managing and providing financial oversight of the RAP. Leverage appropriate DoD systems and coordinate with Service stakeholder organizations to track, analyze, and verify program financial data. Provide analytical support for the formulation of cost projects for improving budget planning and identify potential cost savings for the Service. Develop client-ready deliverables, including briefings and reports for a variety of audiences across the DoD, such as at the highest leadership levels.

      Basic Qualifications:

      • 5+ years of experience in working with the DoD

      • Experience with DoD systems, including the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) and Defense Travel System (DTS)

      • Ability to be a self-starter, manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, analyze financial data, and prioritize tasks

      • Secret clearance

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or 6+ years of experience with supporting a DoD office in lieu of a degree

      Additional Qualifications:

      • Experience in working with the U.S. Navy or Marine Corps

      • Experience with supporting a DoD Comptroller’s Office

      • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

      Clearance:
      Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required.

      Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
