      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop training materials such as SOPs, job aids, and technical documents using appropriate learning pathways
      - Implement learning strategies to enhance the overall end-user experience
      - Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to align on program objectives through engagement activities
      - Create detailed storyboards and scripts for interactive training modules
      - Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve training modules

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, computer science, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional development
      - Knowledge of Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) and WBT SCORM compliant requirements
      - Experience designing and developing interactive CBT modules using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
      - Ability to obtain a U.S. secret level security clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Camtasia and Articulate 360 Storyline
      - Experience with Oracle EBS
