Job Description

- Runs jobs to print materials using detailed instructions.
- Bundles printed materials according to established standard operating procedures.
- Troubleshoots and restarts jobs with the assistance of others.
- Under close supervision, learns the basic function, set-up, operation, and monitoring of routine data processing equipment.
- Following established and documented procedures, performs the most basic operations such as loading and unloading printers, batching, and printing using high speed production printers, distributing printed batches to defined locations, dispatching reports to users, maintaining supply inventories and the like.
- Learns procedures to set-up and run standard program applications.
- Works under general supervision with limited latitude for independent judgment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of high school or GED
- This is an entry level role. Requires 0-3 years of related experience.
- Basic knowledge of data processing fundamentals and equipment operation
- LAN based environment using Windows server, Microsoft Office suite (especially Outlook, Excel and Access), job scheduler and high-speed laser printing experience

Description
The computer operator is responsible for sending and receiving data feeds and reports as well as printing and bundling print materials related to the day and night production.
This position must be located in our office in Woodbury MN and would be working overnights, third shift between midnight and 8:30am

The base pay range for this position is from $21-$24 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
