  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as the primary administrator for the employer’s Intellectual Property Management system, ensuring stability and compliance
  - Administer, support, and maintain additional commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications as required
  - Collaborate with business customers and vendors to resolve application issues and identify process improvements
  - Manage and analyze application data using Microsoft SQL Server, developing complex queries for data quality assurance
  - Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to handle data from various sources
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - A BS degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related discipline, and a minimum of six (6) to seven (7) years of relevant professional experience
  - Experience supporting commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) application software in an enterprise IT environment
  - Proficiency in managing application-based permissions, workflows, and client/server application architectures
  - Ability to perform in-depth data analysis and develop Business Intelligence (BI) reports
  - Understanding of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) principles, including documentation and testing application changes
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Proficiency in software performance optimization and advanced debugging techniques
  - Experience with unit testing and validating software code for quality assurance
  - Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and collaborative environments
  - Ability to create end-user documentation and technical guides
  - Experience designing and maintaining ETL processes with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
