What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively engage students through frequent interaction and motivate them to succeed
- Guide students in collaborative learning through problem- and project-based activities
- Provide constructive feedback on student work, utilizing rubrics for assessment
- Demonstrate current subject-matter expertise and connect concepts across the academic program
- Offer feedback to program chairs on potential curricular improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Professional experience in Computer Science or a relevant field
- Proficiency in Java and/or Python
- Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education is strongly preferred
- Must be available to teach remotely

- Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment strategies
- A passion for mentoring and guiding adult learners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
