      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve support requests using available tools and following established procedures
      - Provide clear and concise information to users and internal support personnel
      - Maintain accurate logging of support requests and their resolutions in the ticketing system
      - Document changes made to computer systems and software in the department
      - Complete assigned projects and maintain communication with users during the support process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Good understanding of computer hardware and software
      - Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts
      - Good customer service skills
      - Aptitude for problem-solving
      - Detail-oriented approach to tasks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a tech support capacity
      - Familiarity with ticketing systems for logging support requests
      - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
