What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical and administrative direction for personnel performing software development tasks, ensuring adherence to design concepts and user standards
- Coordinate with Project and/or Program Managers to address problem solutions and enhance user satisfaction
- Prepare milestone status reports and deliver presentations on system concepts to colleagues and end-user representatives
- Supervise and provide daily direction to support staff
- Make recommendations for the approval of major systems installations as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A Bachelor’s degree with at least five (5) years of relevant work experience in IT customer support, or an Associate's degree or H.S. diploma with at least seven (7) years of relevant work experience
- Strong technical computer and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must hold one or more relevant certifications at least six months prior to contract award
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as ITIL v3 or higher, Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF), or CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, Security+)
- Experience in providing IT services delivery to Federal agencies
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients
- Familiarity with Apple certified support and integration basics
