      About the Role:

      As a Concerts Beverage Server at Humphreys Concerts by the Bay, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the concert patron experience during live events. Your primary responsibility will be to serve a variety of beverages to concert attendees, ensuring that they have a memorable and enjoyable time. You will be expected to maintain a high level of customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the overall success of the concerts and the satisfaction of our concert patrons.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Must be at least 21 years old.
      • Previous experience is a plus
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience in beverage service or bartending.
      • Knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
      • Certification in responsible beverage service.

      Responsibilities:

      • Serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to concert patrons.
      • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with the concert patrons and addressing their needs.
      • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage serving area.
      • Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
      • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during events.

      Skills:

      The required skills for this position include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, which are essential for engaging with concert patrons and providing excellent service. Attention to detail is crucial when serving beverages and maintaining cleanliness in the serving area. Time management skills will help you efficiently handle multiple orders during busy concert times. Preferred skills, such as knowledge of beverage types and responsible service practices, will enhance your ability to make informed recommendations to concert patrons. Overall, these skills will ensure that you contribute positively to the concert experience and uphold the high standards of Humphreys Concerts By the Bay


      Physical Demands & Work Environment

      While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee is frequently required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must also be able to go up and down a flight of stairs while carrying up to 25 pounds. The employee may be frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise is usually moderate to loud.
