Job Description

- Must be available to work all UW-Madison Football games.
- Mostly nights and weekends.
- Event driven scheduling
- Perform sales transactions efficiently, ensuring all purchases are accurately recorded.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and service-oriented manner, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Replenish beverages and supplies, maintaining a clean and organized service area throughout the event.
- Ensure compliance with inventory procedures and service standards to maintain product availability.
- Follow all sanitation, ServSafe, and safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Verify guest IDs to ensure proper age verification for alcohol service, with a keen eye for fraudulent IDs.
- Monitor guest behavior to detect signs of intoxication and respond accordingly, adhering to liquor laws.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth event operations.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Willingness to earn ServSafe certification if not already certified.
- Ability to stand for long hours during events.
- Ability to lift 20-45 lbs for stocking and cart operations.
- Must be able to work all UW-Madison Football games and a majority of events at the Kohl Center Arena.
