      The Concierge Ambassador at The Americana at Brand will provide an unparalleled level of service in a professional, friendly, warm, and engaging manner to exceed guests and/or residents' expectations. Concierge Ambassadors are direct liaisons who interact with guests and/or residents, answering questions, providing directions, and making detailed reservations or recommendations. This position requires understanding of property tenants, assisting with events and services, along with knowledge of local sites, destinations, events, and venues. The Concierge will perform all responsibilities with professional enthusiasm and the highest regard for the true meaning of hospitality. Must be flexible to work weekends, early mornings, late nights, and holidays to support the operation and team needs.

      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

      1. Utilize all resources available to ensure full knowledge and understanding of Caruso property to provide an exceptional 5-star service experience for guests and/or residents.
      2. Fulfill guest/resident service requests including, but not limited to, In-Home Dining orders, restaurant reservations, travel arrangements, maintenance requests, dry cleaning services, package delivery, bell cart runs, and other legal requests to accomplish the “full service” commitment.
      3. Coordinate guest and/or resident needs with other departments as required to ensure a seamless guest experience.
      4. Communicate and document guest compliments, complaints, or feedback and follow up to resolve issues.
      5. Ensure all resident requests are recorded in the designated data entry systems.
      6. Properly use and follow Radio Etiquette guidelines and correct Radio Call codes for efficient communication.
      7. Greet all guests and/or residents with Caruso Hospitality Standards and proper phone etiquette, adhering to the Daily Discussion, On Call Concierge notes, and Hospitality Steps of Service.
      8. Resolve resident or guest complaints using the “LEAP” method from Caruso Hospitality Standards.
      9. Perform other duties as assigned.

      MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

      • Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, late nights, and holidays.
      • Excellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
      • Minimum of one year experience in a hospitality setting.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Organized, detail-oriented, self-starter capable of working independently and in a team.
      • Comfortable greeting guests with seasonal greetings like “Happy Holidays”, “Merry Christmas”, “Happy New Year”.
      • Proactive, takes initiative, and anticipates needs.
      • Strong follow-up skills.
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
      • Multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
      • Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills.
      • Quick situational analysis and solution implementation.
      • Confident and composed demeanor.
      • Good judgment and strong work ethic.

      Physical Demands and Work Environment

      • Effective communication in English.
      • Ability to push a Bell Cart or Flat Bed weighing up to 30 pounds.
      • Standing, sitting, and walking for up to 8 hours daily.
      • Use of equipment: phone system, computer, iPad, radio, Bell Cart or Flat Bed Cart.
      • Compliance with Caruso Grooming Standards and uniform policies.

      $20 - $21 an hour
