This opening will mark the resurgence of luxury nightlife experiences in New York with dynamic food and beverage venues and programming that will make Faena the ultimate destination for the sophisticated traveler to New York.

      Job Description

      The Concierge is responsible for creating personalized, unforgettable guest experiences through thoughtful recommendations, detailed planning, and elevated service. Whether arranging reservations, sourcing rare items, or opening doors to exclusive opportunities, the Concierge anticipates guest needs and delivers with creativity, discretion, and expertise.

      This full-time position has hourly compensation of $42.00 per hour.

      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      Provide curated recommendations for dining, entertainment, cultural events, wellness, and shopping

      • Coordinate transportation, ticketing, dining, and spa reservations

      • Source specialty items, personalized gifts, and off-menu requests with discretion and resourcefulness

      • Follow up on all guest inquiries and requests to ensure satisfaction

      • Keep detailed records of guest preferences and requests in CRM and PMS systems

      • Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, F&B, and external partners to coordinate experiences seamlessly

      • Support VIP and celebrity guest handling in collaboration with Guest Experience leadership

      • Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure guest expectations are met and exceeded

      • Stay up-to-date on city happenings, seasonal programming, and luxury trends

      • Maintain updated vendor contact lists and preferred partners

      • Handle incoming calls and emails for Concierge services with discretion and poise

      • Support special projects and activations as assigned by leadership

      Qualifications

      • 2+ years of experience as a Concierge in a luxury hotel or equivalent high-end guest services role

      • In-depth knowledge of New York City’s cultural, culinary, and entertainment landscape

      • Fluent in English; additional language skills strongly preferred (Spanish, French, Portuguese)

      • High level of discretion and emotional intelligence

      • Familiarity with Opera PMS, ALICE, or other guest service systems

      • Les Clef d'Or preferred

      • Strong network and resourcefulness to fulfill complex guest requests

      • Well-organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail

      • Warm, polished, and confident in high-pressure situations

      PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

      • Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas

      • Ability to move safely in uneven terrain or in confined spaces

      • Remain active, constantly moving, or prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer throughout work shift

      • Medium Work: Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of constantly moving objects, may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
