The role you’ll contribute:
Under the general direction of the Consumer Access Supervisor, Manager and Director. The Concierge position is responsible for providing continuous presence and service to all persons.
•Greeting/Assisting Patients
•Check-In Patients
•Answer Phones / Screen Calls
•Escorting Patients
•Patient Portal Enrollment
•Utilization of Zenig Software
•Cerner Registration
•Running reportsThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
