Greeting residents and directing visitors, contractors, and vendors

Confirming appointments before allowing access to the building

Responding professionally to phone calls, emails, and voicemails

Sending resident communications through BuildingLink

Providing concierge services like package receiving, dry cleaning drop-off/pick-up, access assistance, and local recommendations
-
Escalating resident concerns to the property manager as needed
-
Keeping the front desk and lobby clean and organized
-
Managing BuildingLink and KeyLink systems (reservations, events, packages, etc.)
-
Communicating clearly with residents, managers, maintenance, porters, security, and vendors
-
Monitoring security cameras and responding to building emergencies as trained

Understanding and applying the building’s rules and regulations
Position Title: Concierge (Part-Time to Full-Time Float)
Location: Downtown Portland

This part-time Concierge will float between multiple high-rise residential properties in the Portland metro area. The schedule may vary week to week depending on business needs, so flexibility is key. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives on variety, and is open to weekend and evening availability.As a Concierge, your average day will include:
