      Troon-The Clubs at St. James is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Part Time Concierge Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.

      Part-Time - Saturday and Sunday

      Key Responsibilities of the Concierge

      Provides assistance to guests and serves as an information source during their stay.

      Essential Duties:

      Promotes resort's facilities and area attractions.

      Serves as a local information source for guests.

      Provides information about special events within the resort and the surrounding area.

      Answers all incoming calls to the guest service desk.

      Assists guests with various services such as making dining reservations, ordering flowers wine, or gift baskets, providing directions.

      Assists guests with questions and concerns.

      Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

      Regular and reliable attendance.

      Performs other duties as required.

      Education/ Experience:

      High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

      Physical Demands:

      Frequently sits, talks, and hears. Occasionally stands and walks. Regularly uses hands, reaches with arms and hands. Occasionally lifts up to 25 pounds.

      Environment/Noise:

      Noise level is moderate.

      Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:

      Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).

      Ability to use internet.
