What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promptly process and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and technical questions
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening and providing answers in an efficient and professional manner
- Handle difficult customer issues and avoid escalation whenever possible
- Provide insightful advice and support to customers, diagnosing issues and providing resolution with teaching and guidance
- Research and resolve billing or payment issues, ensuring a positive customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in training, public relations, sales, marketing, or customer service
- Previous experience supporting customers through phone interaction preferred
- Experience or interest in working with technology preferred
- Experience with customer contact systems required

- Experience working in the automotive or wireless telecommunications industry
