- Answers inquiries, offers suggestions, and provides descriptive literature pertaining to excursions, sporting events, concerts and plays as needed.
- Answer telephone calls and attends to the needs of the caller and/or takes accurate messages and informs Property Manager so callers needs can be addressed
- Assist residents and guests with packages.
- Ensures building is secure by walking all floors at least once during shift, monitoring security cameras, and understanding emergency policy manual.
- Accurate and time completion of incident reports
- Assists with Emergency Personnel services as needed (Fire Department, EMS, etc.) following all emergency policies
- Clean lobby/office area during shift. Ensures model and amenity areas are in show ready condition
- Responsible for operating within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times
- Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules
- Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents
- Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times. Other duties as assigned
