- This position will include greeting and checking in visitors, working at the reception desk, monitoring incoming facilities requests, processing meeting bookings and heavy on coordinating catering orders.
- The position may also include mail and/or administrative responsibilities.
- Long periods of standing and walking will be required, the role does not take place entirely at the reception desk.
- The position also may require lifting but nothing extensive, must be able to lift 25 lbs. and assistance is available
- The candidate will be at different worksites throughout Miami and Ft Lauderdale. Parking is provided.
- We are looking for an outgoing candidate, preferably with hospitality background, opportunity to become permanent.
- The hiring managers prefer to receive candidates with legal experience.
- Requires 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Experience working in Headquarters environment preferred.
- Outstanding organization and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Good PC inclusive of Microsoft suite skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use audio visual equipment.
- Minimum supervision/oversight required.
- Dress Code: Business Casual
- Driving: Yes (Candidates must be able to travel between Miami & Ft. Lauderdale and be flexible to working different job sites)
