Concrete CDL A Laborer – Immediate Hire!
Location: Des Moines, IA

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Concrete CDL A Laborer to transport equipment and perform manual labor tasks on job sites. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and looking for a stable position with a trusted, locally owned company, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
✔️ Safely operate and drive commercial vehicles (CDL A required)
✔️ Load/unload concrete and equipment for job site deliveries
✔️ Perform mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete
✔️ Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and routine maintenance
✔️ Follow DOT regulations and safety protocols
✔️ Maintain accurate records of deliveries and fieldwork
Qualifications:
✅ Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
✅ Experience in concrete delivery, general labor, or construction preferred
✅ Stamina—ability to lift heavy objects from time to time and work outdoors
✅ Strong teamwork and communication skills
✅ High school diploma or equivalent

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
