Job Title: Concrete Finisher

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in finishing concrete surfaces for residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction. Jobs are all within a 1-hour radius of Fargo. Finishers will be home every night with transportation provided to and from job sites.

Responsibilities

• Finish concrete surfaces for residential and commercial projects.
• Operate hand tools and power tools such as trowels, floats, and edgers.
• Mix, pour, and cure concrete according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ensure precision and attention to detail in all finishing tasks.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience as a concrete finisher or similar role.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in concrete finishing.
• Strong understanding of concrete mixing, pouring, and curing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience operating construction equipment.
• CDL A license.
• Previous experience as a crew lead.

Work Environment

Working in the elements Monday - Friday. This is a seasonal position running from April until freeze.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
