- Perform structural and repair work on commercial construction sites.
- Assist with formwork, concrete pours, rebar installation, and framing.
- Support carpenters and framers with daily tasks.
- Conduct demolition, concrete finishing, and general site cleanup.
- Operate tools and equipment such as jackhammers and saws.
- Load, unload, and move materials on-site.
- 1+ year in commercial construction or related fields.
- If experienced in farm work, landscaping, or other exterior labor-intensive environments. you could be a fit!
- Familiarity with large-scale construction sites and safety protocols.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices.

- Initial work will be local, with travel required for projects across Colorado (up to 3 weeks at a time).
- Current project locations include Denver, Longmont, and Aspen
- Pay Range: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Per Diem: $40/day for travel assignments
- Lodging: Company-paid for qualifying travel projects

We are actively seeking skilled Concrete Laborers and Carpenters to join our growing construction team for immediate openings. This position involves hands-on work on commercial construction projects, both locally and across Colorado. Ideal candidates will have experience in structural work, concrete, and general site labor.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
