- Operate or learn to operate: wall saws, core drills, hand saws, flat saws, and other power tools and heavy equipment.
- Perform full building demolitions and renovations.
- Work in environments that may be dusty, wet, and physically demanding.
- Maintain and care for equipment (mechanical experience is a plus, but not required).
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a drug-free workplace.
- Complete daily paperwork and vehicle inspection reports accurately.
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage workflow efficiently.
- 1+ years of experience in construction, demolition, or similar physical labor roles preferred.
- Pride in your work and ability to describe past projects—residential (e.g., cutting windows in foundations) or commercial (e.g., temples, dams, nuclear sites).
- Willingness to get dirty and perform heavy lifting.
- OSHA 10 certification is a plus (not required). MSHAW also a bonus.
- Must have steel-toe boots. All other PPE is provided.
- Must be able to attend a full-day orientation and safety training on Day 1.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
