      Job Title: Concrete Project Manager

      Job Description

      The Concrete Project Manager will oversee all phases of concrete and masonry projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans and specifications. This role involves collaboration with customer superintendents, company foremen, and other subcontractors, as well as managing project documentation and compliance with safety standards.

      Responsibilities

      • Manage scheduling, ordering materials, and quality control for concrete and masonry projects.
      • Work closely with customer superintendents, company foremen, and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
      • Interpret blueprints, project drawings, and specifications to guide on-site operations.
      • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and support crews.
      • Handle requests for information (RFI), submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
      • Ensure all projects comply with OSHA and company safety standards.
      • Coordinate with customers and inspectors to maintain effective communication and meet project goals.
      • Track labor, materials, and equipment usage, and report project status to staff.
      • Mentor and train junior field staff as needed.

      Essential Skills

      • 5+ years of concrete/masonry field experience (skilled worker, foreman or similar)
      • 2+ years of supervisory experience in the construction industry
      • Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and building codes.
      • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
      • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
      • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • OSHA 30 Certification is a plus.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
