- Oversee, manage, and mentor Assistant Superintendents and Foremen
- Hire, Inspire and grow our craft workforce.
- Objectively and respectfully deal with reductions in force.
- Lead DPR’s Injury-Free Environment (IFE) Safety Program for this scope.
- Ensure quality of work matches project, jurisdictional and DPR standards.
- Work in a collaborative environment with other trade partners and project teams to ensure optimum production.
- Lead the problem-solving effort should safety, quality or production issues arrive within this scope.
- Professionally represent DPR Field Operations.
- Excellent listening skills and have professional communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Effective participation in team environment
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam and PlanGrid.
- 10+ years hands-on trade-related field experience as a journeyman, foreman and/or Superintendent.
- Knowledge of and ability to recruit craft from the local workforce.
- A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.
Job Description
DPR Construction is seeking a Self-Perform Work Superintendent - Concrete with at least 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
