      Conducting Officer Investment Management & Branch Oversight – Luxembourg

      This is a great job for someone who has significant asset management industry experience, alongside experience of client relationship management.

      A bit about the job:

      Within this role, your main responsibilities will be to manage the Lux Investment Oversight & Branch Oversight Team, ensuring that the oversight of the SICAVs, SIFs and AIFs are to the required standard to fulfil regulatory obligations. On an ongoing basis you will develop the GFS Branch oversight model considering all regulatory developments (MIFID & CSSF Circular), whilst maintaining the standard operating model for all of AI’s global regulated fund businesses whilst ensuring that the appropriate committees/Boards are kept informed of all ongoing Branch activity and provide approval where required for new activity. Alongside this you will play a key role in mentoring and supporting the development of junior colleagues by providing technical expertise and experience-based feedback. In addition to this the successful candidate will also oversee the activities within the AI Lux Branch, making sure they are performed within the Licence scope when it comes to Asset & Portfolio Management of Real Assets and Portfolio Management of Liquid Markets.

      Skills and experience we’re looking for:

      • Experience of AI Lux IMO & Branch oversight practices

      • Knowledge of Circular 18/698 & Oversight Requirements

      • CSSF prior approval preferred

      • IMC or equivalent; or recognized historical knowledge, experience and/or qualification.

      • Strong knowledge of Multi-Asset, Fixed Income & Equity Investments

      • Derivatives and FX desirable
