Overall Summary

Senior professional with strong knowledge of job area and broad knowledge of project management. Manages complex projects or processes with general oversight. Communicates within and outside of their own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures. Makes moderate to substantial improvements to systems and processes. Contributes to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results.

Nature of Supervision

Work is performed with general oversight. May manage large projects or processes that are both inside and outside of the immediate job area. Typically, responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees. Typically, responsible for managing complex projects at this level, involving delegation of work and review of work products.

Communication & Influence

Communicates within and outside of their own function or business area and has responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.) when necessary. Explains, interprets, and gains cooperation on policies, procedures and practices.

Organization Impact

Works to achieve operational targets with direct impact on the departmental results. Contributes to the development of goals for the department and planning efforts (budgets, operational plans, etc.).

Education & Experience

Requires strong knowledge of job area. Typically viewed as having a specialty within discipline. May have broad knowledge of project management.

1. Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
2. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
3. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $84,500 - $157,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
