      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze information for new matter requests and conflicts checks
      - Assist with conflict resolution strategies and outreach
      - Review engagement letters and new matter scope communications
      - Assist with training new team members and ongoing process improvements
      - Participate in testing and development of electronic tools and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of four (4) years of conflicts law firm experience
      - Basic knowledge of conflicts of interest issues
      - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a practice support or legal assistant capacity
      - Advanced skill in operating standard office equipment
      - Intermediate knowledge of internet research
      - Demonstrated ability to follow data entry conventions and enter data accurately
      - Ability to master new technology applications
