      The Connected Commerce organization will serve customers with digital experiences beyond our core financial products, by focusing on customer experiences in loyalty, offers, and partner benefits, leveraging the best in class Chase payments and lending products.

      We are looking for a Senior Product Associate to support the implementation of new Chase Rewards redemption features. As a Rewards product analyst, you will be responsible for making our rewards products better, smarter and more personalized by leveraging a deep understanding of customer needs, data intelligence, and how to create excellence at scale while maximizing business value. You will own the planning, sequencing and implementation of these initiatives to drive end-state transformation based on value, impact and time-to-market. You will also manage a cross-functional team of stakeholders to develop an implementation plan, analyze potential risks/benefits, create delightful solutions for our customers, and drive your project through completion.

      Job Description

      The Chase Rewards product team is responsible for delivering loyalty experiences that allow our customers to earn and redeem their Ultimate Rewards points. We are looking for a Senior Product Associate to support the implementation of new Chase Rewards redemption features. As a Rewards product analyst, you will be responsible for making our rewards products better, smarter and more personalized by leveraging a deep understanding of customer needs, data intelligence, and how to create excellence at scale while maximizing business value. You will own the planning, sequencing and implementation of these initiatives to drive end-state transformation based on value, impact and time-to-market. You will also manage a cross-functional team of stakeholders to develop an implementation plan, analyze potential risks/benefits, create delightful solutions for our customers, and drive your project through completion. In this unique role, you will not only continuously improve the rewards redemption experiences for our customers, but will also be responsible for helping optimize the P&L of your assigned redemption business. Strong data and analytical skills and effective communication will make you successful in this role. You will have experience in both Agile Program Management and delivering fast-paced strategic business priorities within highly matrixed organizations.       Job Responsibilities:

      • Becoming a subject matter expert on Rewards and Loyalty user experiences as well as your rewards redeem product area
      • Partnering with tech teams throughout sprint cycles to ensure work is clearly defined and delivered on time, helping to drive completion and remove blockers
      • Responsible for end-to-end project delivery following the project lifecycle. This includes development of project plans, metrics, risk/issues, decision logs, and other project artifacts. You will provide support on weekly reporting and program update efforts across a variety of forums
      • Partnering with key business and technology partners to identify business requirements, establish operational processes, oversee technology build, manage user testing, and coordinate solution implementation. You will be managing one or more fast-paced, complex, and cross-functional projects that have significant impact on the business with C-level visibility.
      • Be a part of the solution – lead your stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve the best business value possible. Use collaborative storytelling to communicate and drive cross-functional alignment for your work
      • Developing and managing integrated plans, working effectively at all levels and providing progress communications to stakeholders on a regular basis
      • Communicating product needs, progress and business challenges with executive level leadership

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

      • Self-starter who has the ability to operate within a highly matrixed organization, effectively influencing and communicating cross-functionally across Product, Design, Data and Technology teams to drive business results.
      • 3+ years of product, program management or relevant experience as well as a record of individual technical achievement. Proven track record of delivery in fast paced environments.
      • Ability to progress and make recommendations in the face of ambiguous and overlapping priorities, and clearly communicate ideas to all levels within the organization.
      • Ability to influence, motivate and drive change across a large, highly matrixed organization while promoting a culture of open collaboration. Must communicate transparently and be receptive to diverse ideas from different stakeholders.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise and convincing manner to cross-functional partners up and down the chain.
      • Experience with agile product development techniques and continuous integration philosophies and practices for speed to market is a plus
      • Bachelor’s degree required

      Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

      • Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team
      • Consulting/Strategy and/or process improvement background preferred
      • Experience with Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint), JIRA andConfluence Tools.
