- Establish a strategy for leveraging Atlas Copco's Smartlink platform to drive business growth within the Services Division (CTS). Identify opportunities derived from connectivity and develop a business generation strategy to capitalize on them.
- Develop and implement a plan to connect and register the installed base equipment with Smartlink, ensuring seamless integration and optimal usage.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to coordinate activities related to Smartlink, including sales and communications initiatives. Analyze results, identify areas for improvement, and propose adjustments to optimize marketing strategies.
- Design and deliver training programs for internal and external customers on the effective use of Smartlink, ensuring that users are equipped to maximize its benefits.
- Develop a comprehensive business plan that leverages Smartlink leads and information to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Conduct market research to map potential opportunities for overhauls in the Philippines, identifying areas of high demand and competition.
- Establish a system for measuring the urgency of each case in the field and facilitate leads to the Sales Team based on this analysis, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads into sales.
- Conduct client portfolio analysis, market, and product reviews to generate business opportunities and prioritize them using data and information .
- Collaborate with Sales and Communications teams to develop marketing strategies, creating templates for various platforms (Venats) as needed.
- Oversee the management of the Smartlink platform, ensuring attention to key indicators and coordination with Sales and clients.
- Execute tasks in accordance with strict safety standards, technical procedures, and internal company rules.
- Maintain regular communication with the DIV CTS team on tasks related to this position.
- Utilize dashboards to identify potential overhaul opportunities and analyze data from Installed Base, Service Reports, and customer visits for both Atlas Copco units and other brands.
- Develop a plan to proactively execute vibration measurements on identified potential units, as well as those under regular maintenance.
- Follow up on reports and coordinate with Sales on subsequent steps.
- Provide training to FSEs (Field Service Engineers) and Sales personnel on overhaul scope, potential, and tool usage.
- Completed technical, professional, or marketing studies or equivalent
- Desirable medium level of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel.
- Desirable intermediate level of English, both written and spoken knowledge

The responsibilities of the position focus on three pillars, Installed Base management, Connectivity and Marketing support. Both for PEA and BOD. Marketing and Sales activities are desired as a result of the analysis of customer, potential and/or market information Communication skills with both Planning and Sales are important in order to coordinate processes and understand particularities of customers and/or contracts.
