JOB DESCRIPTION:

Technical skill sets that an individual can possess and demonstrate in a measured way
· Working knowledge of Bank of America's Reconciliation Policy, Bank Account Policy, and Account Reconciliation Standard· Experience with account systems such as Frontier, eLedger/SAP, IMPACS, Oracle, IDS, GBS, and BIS· Experience in database applications such as Excel, Monarch, and Tableau· Reconciliation experience in partnership with GIRC (Global Internal Reconciliation Control)· Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience· Multilingual verbal and written communicationDesired Soft Skills:

· Oversee reconciliation functions across the Global Treasury & Merchant Operations organization by collaborating with subject matter experts.· Evaluate data to help identify, track, and report issues for remediation.· Complete accurate and timely monthly reporting routines.· Provide support across the organization by participating routine and ad-hoc meetings that align to global work hours.· Utilizes the Altair Monarch Desktop application to maintain data reporting tools.· Provide analytical support on accounting and reconciliation strategies.· Facilitate the execution of action plans to remediate gaps in existing reconciliation routines.Shift:

Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
