  About the role

  Are you looking for a full-time or part-time job in a company with an enviable reputation and a great place to work?

  This is perfect since we are looking for Telesolutions Advisor for our growing team!

  Your schedule

  We offer 2 types of schedules:

  • A part-time schedule for a minimum of 20 hours per week, depending on your availability
  • A full-time schedule of 35 or 40 hours per week

  Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. At belairdirect, you will benefit from a hybrid work option that will allow you to balance your professional life and your family life (or your studies)!

  
  What you'll do here:

  • Call existing and potential customers to assess their interest in discussing their insurance needs, now or later, with a certified agent.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and transfer them to certified agents as quickly as possible.
  • Promote our products and services and be a loyal brand ambassador.
  • Take part in projects within your team.

  
  What you bring to the table:

  • Secondary School Diploma, or equivalency
  • Great communicator
  • Bilingual (French and English) : Requires answering calls and providing service to an English-speaking clientele on a regular basis
  • Team player
  • Enthusiasm and positive energy
