What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate changes to ORR and OSR administrative boards to the Office of the President
- Coordinate group membership updates for GWIMS, ORR, and OSR
- Prepare and distribute electronic newsletter and listserv communications for GWIMS, ORR and OSR
- Assist with monitoring group budgets
- Plan and implement annual professional development conferences and meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of post-graduate experience
- Experience in association member relations, volunteer management, and customer relations
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of member data management systems and/or customer relationship management systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with individuals affiliated with academic medicine, medical education, health care, or higher education
- Knowledge of academic medical center or healthcare environments
- Proficiency in Cadmium, Zoom/Microsoft Teams, Workday, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
