      As Construction Administrator I, you will have a general understanding of the construction administration process from bidding to closeout. Key responsibilities include:

      • Administrative - Provide administrative support to the CA Team and maintain CA recordkeeping and document distribution standards.
      • Bidding - Issue and post addenda, update Bid RFI logs, manage plan holders list including tracking of all details.
      • Construction - Create transmittals, prepare and send DSA forms with supervision, maintain all CA logs, and post and annotate CA drawing sets with RFIs, ASIs, RFP/PR, and change orders.
      • Government Agency - Prepare and track government agency forms including but not limited to DSA, City/County plan check, State Fire Marshall, etc.
      • Closeout - Gather and compile information and documentation needed until certification and project closeout is obtained, and complete project archiving.

      Qualifications:

      • Associate's degree in construction management, architecture, or related field, or the equivalent experience.
      • 2-3 years of experience in a construction related field or providing administrative support in architecture, engineering, or construction.
      • Knowledge of the bidding, construction, government agency, and closeout processes.
      • High level of attention to detail, outstanding organization skills, and the ability to work closely with multiple project stakeholders.
      • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, and the ability to maintain a composed and professional demeanor with flexible and busy work environment.
      • Proficiency in REVIT is beneficial but not required.

      Compensation:

      The expected salary range for this role is $23 to $30 per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, business needs, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

      Additional pay may be earned through TETER's quarterly bonus program.
